This notice explains how the Niosk landing page handles information submitted through the tailored-demo request form.

The form collects your name, work email, organization and any deployment context you choose to provide. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or kiosk-visitor data.
How it is used
The information is used to respond to the request, arrange a product discussion and protect the form from abuse. It is not used to create kiosk visitor profiles.
Storage and delivery
The Next.js server can store accepted requests in encrypted local storage and may forward them to an authorized sales or CRM webhook configured by the deployment owner.
Retention and rights
Requests should be retained only as long as needed for the enquiry and the deployment owner’s approved retention policy. Contact Niosk to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
